When I was a child, I disliked Uni’s distinctive taste, smell and texture. I couldn’t believe why adults like Uni. But now, I love Uni! It’s one of my favorite sushi topping. At home, I usually eat raw Uni as donburi, or sashimi with wasabi, soy sauce or salt. It’s a very easy and delicious dish. ( But, It’s expensive!) If I don’t have high quality Uni, I sometimes eat as broiled Uni, with egg dishes, pasta sauce, etc. They are nice taste too.
